Are any of the Event tickets included?

Event tickets are not included in the package; there are many options when it comes to seating.

How and where do I make my deposit and payments?

Initial Deposit of $50.00pp is DUE NOW to lock-in your rate; rates may increase after June 1st
Minimum monthly payment of $100 pp is due on the 15th of each month
March ,April, May, June.
Final payment is due on July 1th. No exceptionsWe accept cashier checks, personal checks or money orders.
All Roommates must submit the First Deposit of $50.00 per person TOGETHER to declare your Occupancy.
After initial deposit, each roommate can pay separately via the various payment options provided.
If a Roommate drops out, the other Roommates must make up the difference AND pay the Revised Rate.

Is there a Fee to pay Online and How Much Is It?

Yes
SERVICE FEE OF 3% AND .30 CENTS PER TRANSACTION FEE.

Is my deposit refundable?

Due to contractual obligations with our hotel and travel partners, deposits are NON refundable.
If for some reason you cannot attend after you have started making payments, you would be responsible to sell your space to someone else.
You can purchase Trip Cancellation Insurance through TRAVEL GUARD.COM

What if my payment is late?

Payments made after the due date are considered late and are subject to a late fee of $10.
Payments five (5) days late are subject to forfeiture of all the reservations for that room there are no refunds

Where does the bus or flight depart?

The motor coach will depart from ORLANDO & OCALA, exact location will be determined about a month prior to the trip and disclosed to our guest only.
Flight Depart from Orlando International Airport (Airtran)

What can I bring on the bus?

We ask that you limit each person to 2 luggage bags and 1 small personal bag for the bus trip.
Also a pillow and light cover or jacket may be necessary.

Do I need transportation once we are in Atlanta?

You will be within walking distance of all the Events.
Shuttle Service INCLUDED in package (Airport to Hotel, Hotel To Events If Needed)
The hotels are centrally located to all the amenities that you should need while in Atlanta.
For anything outside of the Downtown area a taxi or metro may be necessary.

POLICIES

Payments MUST be made monthly to keep your reservation secured.

Non-payment WILL result in cancellation of your hotel and flight reservation and forfeit all payments made. Payment plan will be STRICTLY ENFORCED.

If a cancellation occurs and anyone alters the room occupancy requirements, the remaining travelers still continuing to travel will be required to pay a revised rate.

All deposits and payments are Non-Refundable but can be Transferred or Resold. to another individual who is18 years old

Hotel will require you to present a credit card or debit card at check-in for incidentals.

Airline reserves the right to change flight times.

Airline flights are non-refundable.

Seat assignments are at the discretion of the airlines.

Room assignments are at the discretion of the Hotel

The names of each member of your group must be provided to The Bankie Network Group by July 1st. (No Exceptions)

Airline (Airtran) Baggage Fees 1st $25, 2nd $35 each way, and does allow for 1 name change 30 day beforeDeparture. Guests MUST abide by all Airline Policies which will be provided to you once you have Booked your package.
